The sale of all Dsoft-Solutions products and services is subject to Dsoft-Solutions Return Policy. Failure to return such products or services to Dsoft-Solutions according to Dsoft-Solutions Return Policy constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
"Software" shall mean such software programs provided by seller in machine readable object, printed, or interpreted form; "Product" or "Product(s)" shall mean any configuration of hardware and software, including documentation, sold or licensed to the customer. "Seller" shall mean the Seller of the Product(s).
All Product orders placed by customer with Seller are subject to acceptance by Seller.
Paisapay credit card, American Express Card, Discover Card, MasterCard, VISA and debit cards. We do not add any surcharges to your credit card. We also accept banker cheque or direct credit to our bank account via telegraphic transfer.
Unless otherwise stated on the face hereof, stated prices do not include any customs duties, sales, use, value added, excise, federal, state, local or other taxes. All such duties or taxes shall be paid by customer, or, in lieu thereof, customer shall provide Seller with an appropriate tax exemption certificate.
Title to Products passes from Seller to customer upon shipment from Seller's facility. Title to software remains with the Dsoft-Solutions.
The Software "PLANETCODE" protected by the provision of Indian Copyright law provisions. Rights relating to the particular Software program are listed in the license agreement document provided by the owner(s) of the Software that is included with the Product.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Costs This agreement is governed by the laws of the Government of India and all disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of India only.
Receipt of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right, at any time and without prior notice, to cancel the order.
If the program disk is found defective, within 90 days from the date of delivery to you as evidenced by a copy of your receipt, you may return it (at your own cost and risk) the product along with a copy of your receipt and Dsoft solutions will replace it within 15 days from date of receipt of the returned product.

, however, stands to abide by the terms and conditions stipulated in the license agreement to be referred here and it will be deemed that the customer has read the license agreement thoroughly and has agreed to abide by the contents envisaged in the said agreement.Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any law no refund shall be given under any circumstances.
